I have always envied the Welsh their free prescriptions until now. The cost of free prescriptions at the expense of others treatment for serious health issues is too high.

I think it's outrageous that in our small island that those livingin one area should be denied what others in other parts can take for granted. I believe that the NHS should live up to its name and be truly National. It is an admin-heavy institution and could release much needed therapeutic funding by pruning unnecessary administrative posts.
