What is the point in us paying money to Cancer Reaserch if we are not allowed the treatment here when they find it?

There should be equal care offered to everyone in Britain, all care should be Person Centered Care. How would you cope if this happened to your family/friends or to yourself, could you move miles away without the support of loved ones when you need it most?
