I am Welsh and British and I live in England there should be no difference when it comes to NATIONAL H'S, we should all pay for prescriptions unless they are life saving and permanent and then people who need them can have them

Every person suffering a serious illness should be given every avaliable drug to try regardless of where they live. Thought we had a NATIONAL Health Service....
