when we fund raise in Wales it's appalling that the funds go to England's pots, black, white fat or thin where is the equality here?

It's beyond a joke now that Wales doesn't have a cancer fund like England, are we second class citizens in the eyes of the Welsh Assembly Govt? Do we nod deserve the same life chances as our british counterparts on the other side of Offa's Dyke??? David Cameron was right when he said the border was the difference between life and death, in cancer patients situation, it really is!
