Situations like this in competitions should not be ongoing. For four years now, unfair treatment and judgement ensued when cheer teens in high school worked their butts off just for an unfair an unbalanced judging system. What a shame...

Totally agree. Cheerleading has evolved into a very competitive sport and many have seen how schools that are lead by coaches who have a strong majority of All-Star cheerleaders are in a completely different level compared to schools who have majority of sideline only cheerleaders with very minimal experience. Aside from the judging, they should also divide these schools into levels just as they do any other sport, ie: football (Open, D1, D2)! Judges should not be a part of any cheer program competing!

My daughter has been in All Star competitive cheer for quite a while now. This is her first year in high school cheer for JCHS. I’ve watched multiple competitions and I’ve never experienced unfair judging until yesterday at the western championships. Not only my daughters team but multiple teams got judged unfairly. I am not an expert but just watching the competition you could tell it was not fairly judged. All the teams had worked so hard and they deserved to be judged fairly. I ask any experienced cheerleading judge or coaches that is reading this to take a look at the videos of the competition and prove me wrong. We need new judges that is fair, not judges that has favoritism or is bias to a certain school.

JCHS did an outstanding job at the competition that was held this past Saturday. They were placed unfairly. I am signing this petition to reevaluate the scores and or votes.

They should give it to the school that actually deserves it. All the hard work that these girls put in, they deserve it. And the same school shouldn't win because of where there from.

It’s weird how one team drop a girl but still placed and the other teams didn’t drop a girl and was clean and sharp with their movements hmm is the judges playing favorites
