I fully support the petition for the Haven to have a full liquor license.
It's unnatural for one of the best bars in Town and the only Scottish bar , to not be able to serve a "wee dram " !!

The Haven should get a full liquor licence it is the safest least troublesome establishment in JP the police never need to be called there and besides, whiskies are part of Scottish culture for centuries. It's like a German restaurant not being allowed to serve beer.
