The Haven is a class act, with great patrons who respect their neighborhood, the city and everything that comes with it. I've been going to the Haven from the day it opened its door, always wondering why the ONLY Scottish pub in Boston can't serve a nice glass of scotch! Let's change this and bring the Haven into its full vision.

The Haven is part of Scotland transported to the USA and I and others wouldn't feel truly at home unless we could order a wee dram of our favorite elixir, especially LOCHANORA. The Golden Loch

My group are regular customers of Jason and his team, and mentioned numerous times that a Scottish pub should be serving Scotch Whisky! I'm sure we are not alone. I wholeheartedly endorse this petition, and believe that it will help this wonderful eatery and pub grow to it's potential!!! Best of luck!

The Haven is a lovely gathering place that offers not only food and drink, but a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere that brings people together, like traditional pubs in the UK. Full service, including a full liquor license, will only enhance that service to the community.

My wife and I have been going to The Haven for several years now. We find it to be a friendly, customer orientated establishment.
Having been an instructor for the MRA's Responsible Alcohol Server Training program for 10 years I think I am qualified to say I have never seen a situation were a customer was over served at The Haven. That's one of the reasons we like to go there.
We support their request for a Full Liquor License.

In the five plus years the Haven has been open, it has become a community staple. Being the only Scottish restaurant in the Boston area, it stands out against the rest. The one thing that could improve the overall experience would be to enjoy a single malt after a Scottish meal.

The Haven is not "just another establishment" looking for a liquor license. The Haven is a cultural treasure, unique in all of New England. The Haven is a wonderful auld acquaintance that enhances its community both culturally and financially. It must not be forgot.
