I have been hit with Directed Energy Weapons severely in the States of Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Nebraska, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Washington. I have been seriously injured with concussions and burned with these weapons. I have been through 41 smart phones, kidnapped three times, blindfolded and held In jail with no water. I am a victim of Doxing, Financial Fraud, Identity Fraud.
