Havana Syndrome Equality Act

I have been a targeted individual since I was 8 years old. The CIA , DHS/FBI and DOD in Fort Worth, tx were hitting me with weapons starting at this age. I was being hit so hard that I eventually was not able to go to school and I got in trouble and had to see a judge. I have been very sick and not able to work all my life because of the amount of abuse I have suffered. I am now 48 years old. My mom , Dian Fraley also suffers abuse from weapons. My husband, Tom Chicoine is also hit with direct energy weapons. My Daughter, Alexis Chicoine, 11 years old is also hit with direct energy weapons and my son, Blake who is 2. Also hit with weapons where they leave marks on his face by the weapons. So in essence, it’s our whole household. It’s is so traumatic to live like this. It is extremely hard on our family. I am extremely concerned for my kids safety.

I, like so many others, who have been targeted for harassment and tortured by various means, know only too well the great damage this does to individuals, their families, communities, and to our society. I know of loved ones who have died due to this tortuous "program". These are crimes/human rights violations that are destroying the lives of innocent citizens who do NOT deserve such treatment. Please honor ALL citizens by helping to put an END to this criminal program immediately. We need to work together to BETTER our country and world. Please help stop the abuse.
