I moved to Hastings Farms for the rural feel and natural views, as have many of my neighbors. Adding a complex of this nature removes that feel and in my opinion will reduce home values (our investments) since the appeal to live there will greatly deteriorate. There are plenty of locations in Mesa and elsewhere where this could improve an already deteriorating location. No reason for it to be in a small developing town such as Queen Creek.

I understand SOMETHING needs to be built on this lot, but a 4-story ANYTHING is not appropriate for this "country feel neighborhood."

Four story height does not fit in logistically with the area.

A four story building in this area is not appropriate. It will not fit in with the housing around it and will negatively affect property values. Traffic will be an issue also.

This would lower home values. I do not think it is a good spot for something that size.

With a community full of children, this future site for a rehab facility, ect. Would make the area a scary place and would jeopardize the children’s safety!

I feel it will detract from our neighborhood and drive our house prices down and add too much traffic to our neighborhood. A four-story building will detract from the beautiful view that we have as well. I do not want that for our neighborhood.

My concern is the overall look of a 4 story building there. Is there room to compromise to a 2 story?

A 4 story building in front of a nice neighborhood is ridiculous. There are not any buildings currently that tall in QC and I believe it is going to be an eye sore. This is also going to negatively effect our property values and I am 100% against it. However I think 1 or 2 stories would be tolerable.

If you are going to use the property, use it for single story homes NOT 4 story buildings.

I do not want a 4 story senior living facility. This does not match the surrounding neighborhood.
