On January 16, 2014, Tap4Fun.com's Galaxy Empire game was taken down for emergency maintenance.
Once the maintenance was complete, I LOST NEARLY MY ENTIRE FLEET!
Tap has refused to give me back what is rightly mine; every one of my ships and all my resources.
HAS THIS HAPPENED TO YOU AS WELL?

Lost all fleets that were in the air...after a week of emails back and forth, I was given 70ish% percent back, of what took months to build....thank god I didn't put any cash into this game. i came very close a few times, but now I know befter....I can only imagine how the ppl who payed feel....
Tap never sent the binding email I requested 8 times. Eventually I didn't think it mattered because I was able to get in for a month. Then they had these bugs/glitches, so I updated the app and I lost my access. Later tap promised if I showed receipts and a general time when started they would help, when I did all that they asked and told them to return all my ships, they stopped replying to my emails.
So you have nothing at all right now Bob?
I did not loose much. 4 neb save missions disappeared. I use 4 neb fleets of 2000 recs per planet (max resources) and have a spare fleet stand by (for black holes). They were all gone (about 10000 recs). Not as big losses as some other players of my allience, but it was not really funny to loose ships like this.
With the "emergency" roll back I lost everything. ALL of my resources and ALL of my ships. I have yet to receive a reply or any kind of compensation from tap4fun.
Lost EVERYTHING. They only want to return 70% for THEIR screw up!
Bobby your situation sounds like mine. I lost my flights that were in the air. Mine were coming back from an attack, so when they invalidated anything that happened after the 9am/pm, which was my attack, then I'm pretty screwed.

I lost 400,000 ships fleet, 60,000 probes on each of 7 planets and also 2,100 recyclers on each of seven planets not to mention 1.5 bil in res. This is the 4th time ships have strangely gone missing for me and it is the last straw after a year of playing this game. When you ask Tap4fun for help they are very slow to respond and never fully return what you have lost. It's not good enough!
