Ive had my car stolen luckily we got it back but it was a real hardship on us while it was gone we had just bought like a month before found out it was a 12.year old kid getting into a gang initiation reallysad espespecially when we have proof and the law doesnt protect the honest citizens that work hard to get the things we need

On May 18, 2017 Our vehicle was stolen from a hotel in Albuquerque off of Gibson. We found it 3 days later with many damages in the interior and exterior. We are a family that works very hard to pay our bills, food, medical care, vehicle, etc...it is just not fair that an individual steel from you and destroy your property the propery your having a hard time paying and is not only that...the individual who stole our vehicle has our personal information including physical address and phone numbers and apparently he has a criminal record...it is sooo scary we cannot even sleep since that incident.

Too many senseless auto thefts in my neighborhood! Let's put some bite back into the law and take the criminals off the streets for a long sentence not just an overnight stay....

Our crime problem has overwhelmed our city to the point that people don't want to visit. We need to keep these criminals in jail and stop releasing them immediately after they offend. They end up offending the same day they get out. Please stop this problem, it's ruining our city!

Had a vehicle stolen on Sept. 20, 2016. It was months before we were back to normal. The thief trashed our planned fall vacation that we have done for probably 20 years. We have worked entirely too hard to have scum violate our life the way they did. I am tired of NM Turnstile Justice.

We need to stop the cycle of repeat offenders who commit auto theft and burglary and send a message that us citizens demand the law, system, and those in charge, whether elected or appointed, make safety a priority and improve our city.
