I am a former Harrisburg native and growing up there as a kid there was always a need for more constructive things to do. I grew up skateboarding in Orlando and continued to soldo when we moved back to Harrisburg. I remember always being yelled at or being chased off of parking lots. There are a lot worse things kids could be doing. We have several large skate parks in Orlando and they are a great outlet for young people and families alike. I think this would be great for the community.
