how will i be able to adford my kids needs with the taxes they take off my check is ridiculous and the cost of rent and living is too much i live check to check and dont have any to have fun with or even save for vacations i have a court order for my kids dad to pay child spport but he can never keep a job for mainrence to keep getting money so he never follows threw paying me ive gotten maybe 4 payments this whole year . child tax helps me and my daughter i dont gwt help from her dad and now im gunna lose the little extra help i get when i cant work 2 jobs kuz i can barelt affors a sitter as it is ... not right please i work too hard to lose time with my kid to lose this

The child tax benefit is not being eliminated, the child tax credit is. They are two different things! The child tax benefit we get monthly is not being changed. They are eliminating the child tax CREDIT! This was a claim you would make when doing your taxes each year. Instead we get more money for the universal child care benefit! This petition was made based on misinformation.
