Absolutely essential access point for the pathways around Pages Wood, which have become a beautiful area of mature trees. The mud paths, now providing access, will become impassable with wet weather.

Ridiculous that a petition is required to replace a bridge. If you remove something then you should replace it. The alternate route is only viable in dry weather and will be inaccessible in the winter.

It is vital that this bridge is reinstated as soon as possible. The only way to gain access to this part of the wood requires a much longer walk-something that disabled or elderly residents already struggle with

Pages Wood was a life-line for me during lockdown when we were encouraged to get out in the fresh air and exercise. Please replace the bridge so I can enjoy walking there again.

Without this bridge accessibility to Pages Wood for me is through an often muddy wet or waterlogged area, which I can't negotiate at my age. By not replacing the bridge I am effectively excluded from Pages Wood by the Forestry Commission, a wood which has provided me access to nature, in our urban location and beautiful birdsong which so helped me get through this government's disastrous mis-management of the pandemic.

I use this bridge to walk round the park from the other side of the railway. Using the entrance at the top of Shepherds Hill will mean too far for me.

We were using this bridge on a regular basis for walks between Harold Wood Park and Pages Wood. Please replace it so we can continue to do so, along with many other people who also use the bridge

We need the bridge and the bridge was a lifeline like so many people have said particularly during COVID which allowed to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. It also allows them to meet new people on their walks. Considering Mental Health is a very fresh and serious problem with many people I would think that mending or replacing the Bridge would be the parks PRIORITY.

Utter disgrace that this bridge hasn’t been fixed already. It is a lifeline to many people particularly a lot of elderly people who like walking round the park on the gravel as it’s easier than walking on wet grass which will become more boggy as the winter nears. Now get your fingers out of your arses and give something back to the community. I very rarely make comments on things like this but I just felt that this particular issue needed my support.
