With such a long and lustrous career in sports and supporting other causes both in MN and elsewhere, Mr. Killebrew deserves a stamp.

He was a legend and someone you could truly look up to growing up. We have many professional players today that don't hold a candle to him personally or professionally. I believe he was a very admirable, and respectable man with great integrity. And of course, a great ballplayer!

Had the privilege of meeting and spending some one-on-one time with him. Gracious, humble, modest, much more interested in others than in talking about himself. A model of what a human being should be.

Harmon was my favorite player as a boy. Met him several times as an adult, always a class act. Give Harmon a stamp!

When you think of the Minnesota Twins, you automatically think of Harmon Killebrew and his crew that put the Twins on the map!

I was the younger member of the 1954 Washington Senator, until Harmon Killebrew was select by the Senators and he became at the age of 18, possibly the younger player in the ML that year. One of the nice person I played with. Big time power and among the greatest all times homerun hitters. And probably is in Heaven in a homerun derby against Babe Ruth and the others.
