Tired of what's happening in town. Taxes rising, parking disappearing, maniacal bike riders everywhere not obeying rules of the road, impossible traffic on Observer. Quality of life decreased.

You are exactly right. Having manipulated laws in her favor, Zimmer does not represent any substantive population in this community. The West Side of Hoboken is entirely capable of rocking the vote or even using legal means to get yourselves represented.

The Muni Building, the day of the next Council meeting, should have a voter registration booth.

It is a game to the Grossbards. They won't be living here, so any decisions lending advantages accrued to themselves is pursued.

you might want to check which of the admin, Council and boards actually do have and do live out of town. Political gaming is their end goal. Keep you eyes on the politics more often and you will see the many instances of dishonest local government service.

I am open to redevelopment but what is most important is that the units include a majority of three and four bedroom units, a concrete plan for parking for these units and guests AND an additional bus line into the city (port authority). Without these the city is catering to the wealthier waterfront residents.

As a resident of Hoboken for 35 years, I find this petition and some of these comments laughable. You are all SO concerned about protecting your "investments" but you are the reason my small town has become overcrowded and overpriced in the first place. Real residents who were born and raised in Hoboken are being driven out of this town because of all of the "investors" looking to make a dollar. And now when a developer who is also investing wants to have a building in your part of the neighborhood, you all have a problem with it. How dare they block your sunlight?! Ridiculous comments from entitled spoiled rich people who could care less about the REAL issues in this town. Which do not include building another park or bike lane. They include the citizens who were here for decades who now are being run out of town because of the outrageous rental prices and taxes. And for all the investors who are complaining about the flooding in this town and said they "didn't sign up for this when they purchased their property". NEWSFLASH: you should have done your research! Hoboken has ALWAYS had flood issues and had you NOT voted for the crooked mayor time & time again, your issues may have been addressed correctly. This petition and all of the comments have given me quite a laugh. Karma has a funny way of revealing itself.

This shouldn't be allowed because those building were there first and it would be unfair to the citizens...
