I would like to see 3 and 4 story low density buildings not these ridiculously large developments.....and stop giving developers huge tax breaks.

Thanks Franz for changing the subject to the proposed New Jersey Transit delevopment. Keep my name out of this one. I tried to sneek this one through without anyone knowing. Where are all my Tea building condo owners? They have no problem with the delevopment in the back of town as long as it doesnt block my, I mean our view and our property values go down.

We need parking and a town pool, not more units with 2 car families. To add to a difficult problem, made worse. Plus good bye beautiful sunsets.

I have lived and owned property in Hoboken since 1994. My 2 children were born in Hoboken hospital and go to school here. I have resided at 915 Madison for 6 years, and I am floored by the number of high rise buildings being built around me. It is no secret that my street becomes a raging river every time there is a rainstorm. Sewers are already over-stressed. Hoboken is being ruined by overdevelopment. There's not even enough places in the schools for 3's and 4's, or space for the higher grades. Please reconsider the long term effects on families who pay taxes, volunteer in the schools, head various fundraisers, and really care about this community.

There is too much real estate development planning and not enough infrastructure planning. We need better parking, streets (potholes!), flooding prevention, bike lanes, recreational facilities, local business development and support.

No more rentals. Make the developers pay for the infrastructure & flood control.

The proposed NJT redevelopment plan is also potentially devastating for our community. Please help us oppose this also. http://www.nj.com/hudson/index.ssf/2014/12/hoboken_council_discusses_rail_yard_redevelopment_plan.html

I have lived in Hoboken for more than a decade and recently moved to this neighborhood, planning to stay here and raise my family long-term. I am extremely concerned for a number of reasons, not least that Monroe street cannot possibly support traffic in and out of Hoboken during peak commute times with so many units planned. Hoboken has a unique community - a "small-town feel" in an urban environment ... and as we grow there are development choices that can continue to foster Hoboken's unique spirit, but this does not seem to be the right one.

This town needs an infastructute update before we need another large development project.

There is Far too much development going on all across Hoboken. Hoboken is becoming a metropolis instead of a small quaint town.
