If we are going to add buildings we need to improve roads around Hoboken, as well as the ways in and out of the city. Trafic is not only a nightmare but also a security risk, and this building will exasperate the problem.

Although I live on the border of Union City and Hoboken, I do, or more to the point used to do, nearly all my shopping and entertaining in Hoboken. Arbitrary political demarcations do not define a community, people do, and this over-development, concurrent removal of parking through out the city, and refusal to require developers pay for the needed infrastructure improvements of the city they are profiting from, needs to be reversed.

I am totally against this outcome. The Barry brothers must honor their original agreement and , in my opinion, should reimburse the City of Hoboken for all legal expenses. Hoboken was originally an island & what is happening now with over development has the potential to over tax our infrastructure. I say no to the Barry boys & yes to the need for them to honor their original agreement with the city. There is an Irish saying that comes to mind. "Shrouds don't have pockets." You have enough. Be men of honor & honor your original agreement with the city.

I am against large building developments as our town cannot handle the traffic and infrastructure issues. Keep Hoboken small!

In your 2012 state of the city address you said, "My Administration will always do everything it can to ensure that new development is done in a way that does not put unacceptable additional strain on our infrastructure or transform our City from the one we love into somebody else’s development dream." For your constituents on the west side of Hoboken, I am asking you to keep that promise.

It is CLEAR that this town is already struggling under the weight of people, cars and density; the traffic is horrible, the water mains are breaking on a regular basis under the pressure of the population, and the flooding will surely continue. This HAS TO STOP. I lived in dark, dank Manhattan for years and came here for a small-town feel. WHY do buildings have to be so tall? WHY can't the charming smaller height be enforced? The building is out of control, for sure, and must stop before Hoboken is completely ruined.

Please done ruin our community in efforts based on greed. We have been here ten years and doing our best to stay and raise our family. Don't let the govt of Hoboken be the ultimate reason we decide to leave.

If I want to live in a concrete jungle, I might as well move to Newport or NY.
Are you people out of your minds? What happened to limiting buildings to 5-stories? What about mandatory parking spaces for new construction? Aren't our taxes high enough that you can pay someone to build tennis courts if you want them so badly instead of granting crazy concessions for absurdly massive development in exchange for beads and rhinestones?
No amount of bicycle lanes will fix the mess the recent outbreak of stupid ideas is creating.

This huge building is going to cause further congestion to our roads, it will also cause a huge parking issue for the residents. We need better housing solutions.

Stop destroying our city with over development !! We are tired of seeing new buildings go up and less things to do within our communities! Gives the kids some place to go too ! How about that ! Places they can enjoy, flourish and grow instead of worrying about your own pocket

What happened to the ordinances and Master Plan for the westside... and the public hearings where residents demanded that no building is to be higher than 4 to 6 stories? Has political corruption returned to Hoboken?

The city of Hoboken needs more parks and green areas and less building. Let's keep the big buildings out of Hoboken. Hoboken has to keep its small townhouses charm. Please, don't destroy this beautiful city.
