I have a Road Glide Special 2016 and i'm an informatc engineer...it's not so complex to develop an upgrade no old system like the new one, so why not?

I paid for the Boom Audio II System Upgrade and it sucks. Poor sound quality even with four speaks and two amps. Then we get to the infotainment system itself. Horrible navigation and its slow. HD should be ashamed.

Why not provide a upgraded Infotainment System ? increased sales, owner satisfaction is important to retain brand loyalty........
