Harley continues to disappoint with some of their products. The Boom on my 2015 RG Special was a bit selling point but is so sub-par. Whats Harley's answer? Not fix it to perform the way they so heavily touted but take all its customers feedback and put the newer better performing unit in the 2019 and screw all the owners of the previous version. Harley needs to make the older units work as advertised by retrofitting this newest version. We the voice that helped create the newer version!!!

I love the intent of my 2016 infotainment system but too many flaws. HD should make it right or swap in one of the new designs.

I just bought a 2018 road glide cvo. Delivered month ago. No body toll me about the new system. We should have the opportunity to upgrade the system. This is my sixth Harley.

From France, it’s not normal that no uptdate is possible! It’s not good for the image of Harley Davidson. We want it because the oldest is very bad and it’s for that the evolution...
