Harley Davidson, you should be protecting your customer base, not sending us away. I had to wait till I was 58 years old to be able to afford to buy my first Harley Davidson Ultra Limited, 2017. My friends said "no don't do it , you'll be sorry" but as long as I can remember I've wanted a Harley Davidson. So I saved my cash and put down $32,000 on a brand new Ultra Limited with the new M8 ($41,000 if I include what I paid for the premier extended waranty, etc.). Now a newer/better entertainment system becomes available one year later and I cannot upgrade to it at any price? Are you fuc*ing kidding me? Maybe I should have listened to my friends that are now laughing at me. Who knew that I would be getting laughed at for owning a Harley Davidson. Is that what you at HD want? Better think again!!!!!!! because this could be my last HD and I will move onto the brand I had before that was good to me for 30+ years with never a problem. DON'T BE A PROBLEM!

Was planning to upgrade, now my only option is another brand. I’m loyal to Harley. Is Harley loyal to me? Forcing me to buy new, to get quality sound?

I have 2016 road glide ultra. I have owned multiple Harley Davidson motorcycles and still do. I don't understand, with the market the way it is, why you would screw your customer base over. The boom audio on my bike is junk. I guess I'll go aftermarket and from now on maybe go with Indian.

GPS is horrible and the new unit is easy. Less action to do what we need and that makes it safer to use. Old unit you could look at for 3 seconds to change function. New unit 1 second and that’s safe.
