Not opposed to spending the money, for the improved radio for my 2018. Why won't H.D. allow a retro-fit ?

I purchased a 2018 CVO Road Glide in April 2018. Had I known the new Boom! Box GTS would be coming out on 2019 models I would have waited because the GTS system is FAR better than the older 6.5 GT system. Which, by the way, I hate.
I implore Harley-Davidson to begin selling a retrofit from the 2018 CVO 6.5 GT to the GTS system. Harley-Davidson is struggling to keep long time customers. Why not give us modern technology that we desperately versus chasing us away to other options?

I have a 2018 Street Glide and I am very disappointed that Harley made big changes to the infotainment and engine in such a short period of time. Its not right! at least make it possible to retrofit!!

Hey Harley, I'm sure you could have Harman Kardon issue a software upgrade for the older GTS system and charge us the typical "Hundred Dollars" for it!

bought a 2018 road glide ultra. Less than 4 months later I see this amazing upgrade and there is no way for me to take advantage of it. Please make a retrofit kit

C'mon, H-D, do the right thing for your loyal customers. We are the people who buy multiple H-D's. We like to be treated like good customers. It can't be hard to make it work!

I am still trying to understand why Harley-Davidson would do such an idiotic thing as not allowing us to replace our early version infotainment system with the new one. I am certainly not going to by a new motorcycle to get the new system. It's just plain nuts. Besides that, I'm not convinced that it is a lot better than the first version.
