When I saw the new GTS and the dealer told me I can’t get it i decided I will never buy another harley again my 2017 strretglide special (my third harley by the way) will be my last Harley product I will buy, and I mean that I will buy after market parts for it rather then give harley anymore of my support or money! Indiana will be my next bike and clothes I buy more bang for your buck from Indian. All harley has shown me with their actions is they don’t care about their old customers. Sucks because I loved harley so much and still think the bikes are amazing

Make the audio system work for the older bikes as well. A huge number of sales would occur being as the old boom audio is junk

After five Harley Davidson's, a Nightster, Wideglide and three Street Glides since 2014 I would have hoped that the HD Motor Company would appreciate the loyalty from its existing customer base. It is all too often that existing customers are forgotten and trying to stop flagging sales. However, it is the existing customer base that will more often than not save a company. By all means attract new customers with new tech, but don't forget the existing base.

As a customer who bought a 17 in September of 17 for the boom box and ability for navigation just to be lost several time and gravely disappointed. Finding myself frustrated and wishing I didn’t have the boom system please make new boombox backwards compatible. After playing with new system it appears Harley finally got it right!
