Harley should do the right thing , maybe this is one of the reasons their sales are down

The infotainment system on my 17 RGS is just way too slow. Very disappointing. The option to upgrade to the new one would nice, but Harley has always drained money from people, for most parts you have to buy piece by piece!

I’ve purchased 7 new Harley’s since 2003. Now own a 17 SGS.

This is a poor business decision on Harley’s end, this is greedy to the max! I don’t want a new bike I want a new infotainment system

Another one of HD’s head trips like not giving us CVO owners our paint codes on bike we pay $35,000 and up for. I’m keeping my bike and would have definitely bought the upgrade.

This petition shouldn't have to happen, it should have just been available for retrofit.

Bought my 18’ RGS a few months back and this infuriated me that I don’t even have the option to retrofit the new and improved GPS/unit to my glide. Bad move HD.

I have owned 7 HD and Harley has never back any of there problems up. Unlike the movie the Mr Harley And Mr Davidson wanted to make a bike a guy could ride and if needed pull a part of another bike to get moving.
