I opted for a SGS just for the touchscreen infotainment system just to disappointed by its lack of current technology. Don’t get me wrong, it was a good start. But give us a chance to upgrade the electrics for less than a new ride.

The infotainment system on my 2017 SG CVO is dreadful, huge disappointment - old technology, should have realized when it came with a plug in headset! Do the right thing Harley please!

I purchased a 2018 CVO Road Glide in April. I can honestly say the Infotainment System has been a huge disappointment. Please give us the opportunity to to retrofit prior year CVO’s with the new system that appears to be a great improvement over what we currently have.
