Please think of the impact loss of radio spectrum will have on emergency communications. In my 81 years of life i have seen at least two major events where amateur was the only means of contact. one some years ago was manned space craft that lost its main radios for a while.

This frequency band is allocated to be used for Amateur Radio purposes by operators worldwide. It should not be used for commercial purposes.

One commercial company does not have the right to pollute the airwaves to the detriment of the international amateur radio community that contributes freely to scientific research into our electromagnetic environment. Please shift frequencies to the spectrum outside of the amateur bands.

This service will be jammed by millions of far more powerful transcevers world wide, billions in cash will be wasted, poor service if any delivered by the end product and millions of bootlicking radio amatuers forced into deviating from their precious 'rules and regulations'. NO to commercial use of physics!

If you want our bands, you'll have to pay us - the radio operators, the people who use them & provide appropriate replacements - redefine physics.

It's a well written petition. It's not for commercial interests to help themselves to internationally-agreed-upon Amateur Radio frequencies. ne3j

We have used these bands for years and we intend to continue to do so.

Please do not allow this commercial activity on the Amateur radio bands.
