We need as many hospitals open as possible so that injured people can be treated without needing to travel many miles.

We really need the hospital to stay open and manage the minor injuries and illnesses. The news is constantly reporting that Emergency Departments can't cope and fail to meet targets yet without local hospitals more people will have to attend A&E preventing seriously and critically ill patients receiving timely treatment. Newquay residents are increasing significantly from new homes. Please keep this invaluable service.

It's ridiculous to even contemplate closing this vital place down! Treliske struggles so much, so to support it you decide to close down another hospital!

As a resident with a few health problems I rely on going to Newquay. I do not drive and even if I did, with a serious heart condition,time can be of the essence.

with the increase in housing (more people)and the visitor numbers in summer its total madness to think of closing N/Q hospital ....if you do i hope you can live with the consequences and cost to the ambulance service taking folk to Treliske ....Total madness ..

Cornwall is already stretched throughout the year and with the population increasing every school holiday one main hospital cannot cope. Hence the continual high alert that treliske experiences. The smaller hospitals can at least ease the pressure slightly
