Closing this resource will cause more overcrowding of overstretched Treliske which is 30 minutes away, The minor injuries unit is totally invaluable. along with all the other services offered here...closing Newquay hospital would be a dangerous idea.

this will have a big knock affect..... treliske is already bursting at the seams and so is waiting for an over worked ambulance services. Also this will bring bad publicity to Newquay, as a number 1 holiday destination and the closes hospital is nearly 20 miles away. My family and I are Very angry at this desicion

Closing this hospital will only put more lives at risk as the community of Newquay rely on the dedicated staff and facilities provided when Emergencies call. .

Increased housing and local population growth requires MORE healthcare provisions not less!! This also eases the pressure on Treliske - absolutely ridiculous that closing this vital lifeline is even consider an option!

Newquay hospital is a vital part of our community. It is always busy and well used and is a god send for out patient clinics to save having to get to treliske.
Treliske will be in trouble if all these small community hospitals are shut and we have no minor injury units, it's already on constant black alert, how are we meant to cope?!

Save newquay hospital, we need it more than we need new houses, cos that is what will end up being built on the land if they do close it

Newquay hospital is a lifeline for the people of the town and surrounding area. The outpatients and minor injuries units are vital and the beds are helpful for people who have been discharged from Treliske but are not ready to go home. Please don't close it.
