As a Nurse both living and working in Newquay I believe shutting such a busy hospital would be ludicrous. We see so many patients and have an extremely good discharge rate after rehabilitation.

Waiting list for community beds in Cornwall is already horrific. By closing this hospital it will be putting vulnerable elderly people more at risk.

This hospital must not be closed under any circumstances...
It is too valuable...and an essential service for locals and visitors.
More pressure will also be put on The Royal Cornwall ....which is already struggling badly.

This hospital is a lifeline to many in th Newquay area. For the mibor injuries unit and clinics, but mostly for the care it offers for the locals of newquay for inpatient care. It has meant the world to my family7.

Newquay has so many visitors in the summer. Treliske hospital A&E department so overstretched. It is not just Cornwall residents that will feel the blow from the hospitals closure

The NHS STP reorganisation envisages more healthcare in the community - how on earth is this to be achieved with the closure of local hospitals?

A vital service considering Newquay has a fast growing population and that increases greatly over the summer months. Trelisk just cannot cope and has gone beyond breaking point, it is poorly managed meaning inadequate levels of staff and the place is just filthy dirty. We need Newquay to be upgraded again and not closed. Where has all the common sense gone?

We need Newquay hospital. We are 20 minutes or more away from trelisk. And trelisk can't cope with the amount of people i really don't know why all our local hospitals are closing its not just Newquay, people will suffer or very sadly die because these hospitals are being closed down such a worry for our futures, we seem to be going backwards not forwards scary times
Must not let this happen.
