Newquay Hospital is vital to Newquay and must be kept open. Serves the needs of both residents in a town seeing massive housing growth and huge numbers of holidaymakers.

This hospital is a much needed lifeline for many people of Newquay that otherwise would have to Bodmin or Truro for essential healthcare appointments, physiotherapy and minor injuries. Not everyone has access to a car and could not travel the distance that the new plans estimate we would travel if it closes!

This is madness, with Treliske Truro under immense pressure many visits to Newquay negate the need to use Treliske. We need for our community and rapidly growing town and I won't even begin on the topic of the holiday season! Outrageous!!

Do not close a valuable asset within our community. Newquay is a growing town with 1,000's of residents already relying on its hospital. The A & E, clinics and beds are needed and are important to the health of our town.

Closing Newquay Hospital is a very short-sighted plan it will increase attendances at the acute hospital putting further pressure on the emergency departments and an already overstretched RCHT.
