As a nurse from treliske I implore you to keep this hospital! Many of our onward care patients go here and if it were.to close there would be even more "bed blocking" in treliske! This would have catastrophic repercussions for our services in Cornwall!

Treated my dad there many years ago whilst on holiday. Newquay definitely needs a hospital!

I spent two weeks last November in Treliske and it would have been so good if I could have been transferred to Newquay. This would have freed up my bed at Treliske for someone else and would have been so much better for my wife to visit. We are in our late 70s and that journey everyday was hard for my wife.

I have had need to attend Newquay Hospital on a couple of occasions I consider it a much needed and great asset to Newquay with out which Treliske would be under even greater pressure

An important facility for such a big Tourist attraction. I just do not see the logic of this. Vital transport is already over loaded for public to get to Trelisk in an emergency. Absolute short sighted and a dangerous decision.
