Ridiculous idea to close this hospital. Essential facility for one of the busiest towns in cornwall if not the busiest during summer.

If they close Newquay, RCHT will experience more people in A&E, greater waiting times, more bed blocking... not to mention more CO2 in atmosphere as people drive from Newquay to Truro. How bad can one idea be?

I use this hospital regularly,as I am nearly 87 it is much easier for me to get to than Treliske.

Newquay Hospital boosts a very efficient M.I.U. For a sea resort and holiday destination this is an essential and undigniable department. To rob this expanding town of this alone, would demonstrate poor judgement including increased financial costs for the future.

With the mass building projects happening throughout the region we need to be expanding not cutting current services!

Ive benifited from Newquay hospital myself and I think its very omportant it stays open.

With the pressures on the NHS Emergancy services what they are the growing community of Newquay need this Hospital now more than ever. I personally think we need a return to more community hospitals especially given that GP surgeries are headed by reception staff that appear to have no care or compassion should you need to see your GP fast! Our community hospital has always been the best place to go for minor injuries.

After all the hard work of everyone last time Newquay hospital was threatened with closure please rally round and help keep it open. Newquay is growing so large there has to be somewhere closer than Truro. Be heart breaking to see it close.

Newquay is a growing community,It makes absolutely no sense To close this hospital....It is always busy there and is crucial to the residents of this town.Have a bit of sense and compassion ..

We need our hospital, it's vital as we are getting to be a much bigger town and Treliske is a long way for those without transport in a rural area.
