If >'m not mistaken, this would be in violation of the new TN Range Protection Act if its not allowed. I think the new law states that a local government cannot hinder or restrict the use of a gun range. Im no attorney, but seems fishy. Why approve one in Cross Plains and not this one? Ised just 2 days per month from 12-4pm, and only 5 people at a time? These neighbors of yours are being ridiculous and if the county government agrees with them, you can guarantee my vote will help change that. Id contact the state rep or senator. Yall need to pull your heads out of your asses and turn on the TV. This is needed.

We live just off of Hwy 49 less than 2 miles away and we fully support this and my husband has PTSD!

Knowing Keith growing up and now as an adult, he's accomplished quite a lot for someone his age. He's been a firefighter for as long as I can remember, he's a pilot, has a degree, very active in the community with the fire department, helps farm, has managed million dollar businesses, is currently one of my Regional Managers contracted with Southwest Airlines, and now a firearms instructor. Name another person, at the age of 30, that could put that resume together. He has a great heart, a good head on his shoulders, logical, sensible, and has more common sense than man older men these days. I support this hands down. The more people that get trained and legally carry, the safer I feel.

Well, considering the lack of discipline that parents are giving their children these days along with the lack of common sense, I think this is perfectly justified regard less of what the neighbors think.

Well, I'm surprised it's not already up yet. What's the hold up? Our county commissioners need to do something to help this range get approved. Especially since Faye Stubblefield has already signed in approval.

Anyone with half a brain could see how this would be benefitial! More trained, armed citizens = a safer community. Instructor lead training = better marksmenship. Certified range = safer/quieter for the neighbors. It's a win win! Hell, I'll bring my dozier over and help him build the damn thing. The only way you'd be against this, is either you're a liberal, or a moron. With all of the restrictions he'll have to follow, no one would have ANYTHING to work about. I approve.
