Bad situation with the only entrance blocked. Emergency vehicles would not be able to get in last night if there was sickness or a fire....

We had to walk up the hill with a newborn baby:(. Not good at all!!!!!!

A second entrance is must. I have 3 small children and hate to think what would happen if they needed emergency assistance and they could not get it.

People also had to miss work because they could not het out of the neighborhood. For some people, that means paychecks will be short and bills will be harder to pay.
