We, the current homeowners, residing in Hamilton on Hunter (North) subdivision respectfully request that a second entrance be added to our subdivision.
Hamilton on Hunter
(North) subdivision has only one entrance to Hunter Road. This past snowstorm has proved the need for a
secondary entrance, as our only way out of the subdivision was blocked. This presented a serious safety concern as emergency vehicles had no access. It also presented safety concerns as people were forced to abandon their cars and hike home in sub-freezing conditions, of which many were parents with small children. There were also cases of people with medical needs that could not get out of the neighborhood for prescriptions or doctor visits.
We understand that snowstorms are rare events but we must plan for the worst case scenarios. Even in non emergency situations a second entrance would be beneficial in traffic flow to and from the neighborhood.
Please help to ensure that the residents of this fine neighborhood have adequate access to the main road.

I agree that our neighborhood needs another entrance on the basis of safety as well as convenience and traffic flow. As others have mentioned, it is clear that an entrance is planned on Kingler Ln., and I feel the neighborhood has grown to the point that this plan should be accelerated.
Please give us another entrance. you have one almost cut through already. I know of people who will not buy a house in this neighborhood because there is only one entrance. it could benefit you and your sales as much as it would us. Thanks.
We have lived here for over 7 years and have seen this same thing happen before so it is not a rare event. The second entrance is needed very much.
A second entrance is must. I have 3 small children and hate to think what would happen if they needed emergency assistance and they could not get it.
People also had to miss work because they could not het out of the neighborhood. For some people, that means paychecks will be short and bills will be harder to pay.
I am in complete agreement, a secondary entrance and exit should be a must for a subdivision of this size. Please assist us with this most needed community need.

I live on Klinger ln, so we are on the very back of HOHN. Klingler was to go all the way to Hunter but nothing has been done.
