I propose the responsible use of my tax dollars. This project is not fiscally responsible.

If this didn't feel like such a rushed job with such botched info, this may have been better in my mind. But this is downright robbery and the fact until this petition, which still means nothing, is the only the things the citizens have a say in.

The points raised by Mr. Doremus need to be addressed. The amphitheater is not in this community's best interest.

Let’s wait until our new mayor and council members are elected. Then put it up for a vote for us the citizens to decide either way

Need more details and quit frankly Washington and surrounding residence don’t take advantage of music events we have had in the past in our town.

Has anyone that has anything to do with the planning of this amphitheater checked to see if there are any residents living in the subdivisions, (that will be affected by the noise) who have PTSD, neurodivergence, or any issue for which loud noises will dramatically affect their quality of life?

I feel this is being rushed thru to justify Mayor Manier's reckless overspending of the W223 property. I'm not saying I'm against this, I'm saying I'm against the Mayor playing a role as he has direct ties to the investor and board. We need to hit the pause button until ALL the facts are laid out.

I feel strongly that a decision on this should be postponed until the residents of Washington not only have answers to their questions but more importantly, the opportunity to vote yes or no to this amphitheater.

I am not in favor of the amphitheater due to tax burden to residents, poor planning/feasibility and noise pollution on nights of concerts. I live close and do not want to hear random music & sound from a distance when sitting outside every weekend.
