Not needed in our small town. Concerned for my children's safety and the crowds it would draw

I am against the building of the amphitheater. Even though it is a gift, I see the long term effect will end up costing us taxpayers more. ( just like 5 points)

The whole project is based on the sheerest speculation. Where is the info regarding infrastructure as to cost and timetable? It didn’t help that the “public presentation” was nothing but a show with no tell. The presenters couldn’t answer the simplest questions about the project without waffling and hyperbole. The poster of “hopeful” performers was nothing but a pipe dream. This project involves huge costs and huge risks which may never be met. The only real guarantee is that we taxpayers will continue to pay to insure that it is a good thing to have a mayor for a friend. Unfortunately, that friendship benefit does not extend to the mayor’s constituents. Stop this scam now before it is too late.

We are not a large city and it is to close to neighborhoods. Plus the brewery on the square is unfinished. Not for us

I am not in favor of the amphitheater. Higher taxes, and more traffic on Cruger. If Mr Hengst wants to honor his wife, there needs to be a better option. Maybe give money to our schools to improve the bands and choir programs. This would benefit many people in our town.

Please pause this discussion for 90 days and allow your constituents to ask questions in a public town hall forum.

Amphitheater would be facing our back yard. We have no desire for the added sound or the added tax burden on what is already very high tax rates.

Old white guys doing what they do best. This whole project is a circle jerk crap show, and beyond unnecessary and unsustainable. I hope Dee haunts everyone involved
