Please would WBC consider resident concerns on: 1. The extremely short notice (1 week) given to residents prior to works starting. 2. No explanation or protocols given re Covid protection for residents and from contractors. 3. No detailed update on schedule of works causing confusion on some works to be done. Thankyou

It's a major health and safety issue to be carrying out cosmetic major works during this corona virus pandemic. Not safe for people who have to isolate. Will be too disruptive and noisey for those who work/study from home The disregard to the residents by giving such short notice for works to begin.

This is not appropriate during a national lockdown

They also want us to take down our own sky dishes. I don’t really fancy hanging out of my sitting room window up on the 17th floor.

Notice too short. And, trust me, the works will take twice as long as mooted.Wait until fine weather. Scaffolding is depressing.

Access to homes during lockdown in unenforceable and goes against all common sense. Residents should reasonably withhold consent as per guidelines issued by the government.
