I just received confirmation from County Counsel that there was never an EIR completed on Williamson Act land being destroyed and that the City was the wrong public agency to approve paving these roads to enable 35 luxury homes. Now we are waiting to hear what County's response will be and whether will put a halt to this destruction for the profit of a few. Reminder: hillside and ridgetop ordinances, the Williamson Act and the DROUGHT! There are those who love to destroy especially for money.
