Bungie just announced the inclusion of a female Spartan voice in the upcoming update. I am still processing the fact that our request actually became reality. Thank you for pushing right alongside me to see this final change added to the game.

Seeing this much momentum behind the request makes me feel like my frustration with the game is finally being understood by others. It is honestly heartening to know that so many of you want the same change I have been dreaming about for years.

I have been reading through the comments and seeing how many of you want to finally hear yourselves reflected in the game. It feels like the developers are ignoring a huge part of the community but the persistence here proves they cannot keep quiet forever.

GIRL POWER! Been playing halo since I was a kid and this would mean a lot.
Its long overdue. Halo 3 is classic but playing as a girl would be way better.
why not? reach had it and it was cool. total bummer that 3 didnt have it.
Bungie plz listen to us on this one. Would be such an easy fix to just add the audio files.
YES PLEASE. I have wanted this for years. Halo isnt just for dudes.

Finally. Its kinda boring hearing the same voice over and over again.
