Halloween should not be on a day where school and hw is due the next day. Kids shouldn't need to end there fun early because there is school the next day that's why it should be the last Saturday of October.

Seriously tired of rushing the kids home just to do homework when they should be out trick or treating. makes way more sense on a sat.
