With the given economic state that we are now living in, there is no sigh of relief and it only gets worse, unfair charges for the people that really pay for utilities and what happens to those that are stealing electricity?

We are being ripped of by the municipality while the funds are being squanded the people with the illegal connection seem to be getting away with what they doing.... and the law abiding citizens have to pay extra so that other people's mess are being take care of
