I'm all for new houses. But only if current issues are addressed and fixed.
Build a school
Employ more doctors nurses and dentists
Fix current customers issues. Ensure cowboy builders are not used and builds are not simply thrown together causing issues later as we're experiencing.
Also as recent flooding highlighted. Flood prevention causes need upgrading along with drainage and sewer systems. As well as another access road.

Immingham needs more shops, schools, nurseries, job places for local residents. We don't need more houses. There is nothing ti do with kids in here anyway. Council should support residents who already live in here and first of all make this town popular by building and opening more shops and fun places.

I am disturbed that they are building again adding more strain on the drainage system without making improvements to the existing system what is the council thinking of letting them build there it is madness

More properties should not be built when the current drainage is far from adequate to accommodate what there already is.

All ready there is too much traffic coming onto the estate so would need another entrance , also the flooding effecting many needs sorting first before any more houses are built x

Habrough Fields 2 should definitely NOT happen. There are already households who cannot get flood cover, how on earth are they aloud to build on a field which only recently was flooded. A message to potential buyers, DON'T BUY A HOUSE ON HABROUGH FIELDS 2!! Someone somewhere is taking a back hander!

I am not against the plans, but a lot needs to be considered. The water run off from the site, the fact people who are facing the field will no longer be looking at greenary which they were promised, no school places, one entrance in and out?!, No access pathway to mill lane for dog walkers, and the location of the pumping station to houses.
I am not against the plans, but it will increase traffic a lot and also when people cannot drive safely through that access road already, that is my issue.

How can you build on an area that floods? The drainage is unsatisfactory now, and everytime the land drain that runs near my house overflows I fear for the consequencies.

After all the flooding in already built homes the priority should not build more for householders to suffer such misery but sort out the current problems

There is no way this can happen using only the current in and out road. It’s cramped enough as it is with 2/3 cars per household!

Planning to build on land that already is under protected from flooding is ridiculous. further houses will not only be affected but also have huge impact on current housing and the town itself. let alone lack of places in schools.

Worried about school places, traffic congestion on Brocklesby Ave., flood risk and noise/dirt from construction. The construction management plan has not been stuck to for the current site; deliveries arriving at 06:00 and drivers sat on the street with their engiens running, some building work starting before 07:00.

Not enough access - only one road off and on estate
Drainage systems not adequate
Local infrastructure is not able to cope - school places, water issues, power cuts
Not enough parking on the estate as it is - people parking on bends make driving round it more difficult

Current plans are not sufficient in terms of access and egress, there HAS to be another entrance and exit to phase 2. Construction traffic will be an issue with current parked cars on the street. As said, many people are still waiting for rectification to the existing houses.
