Acces to the estate is strained already and an additional 300 cars driving on will only compound the problem. Dual access via pilgrims way is preferable but we need to make sure measures are put in place to ensure it is not a cut through ie removable bollards in case of flooding.

Ridiculous. Flooding issues. Roads aren’t wide enough. Single entrance/exit is already too busy. No schooling places.

Completely agree. Should fix problems on existing estate what we be been promised for 2 years. Also local schools can't accommodate the numbers so the council should step up and stop this
