Please do not allow this power plant to happen. There is no doubt it will cause health issues for my kids and family down the line-that right there is reason why this should not happen. People move here, including myself, because it is quiet and they love the wildlife-this would destroy all that and put everyone at risk for medical problems down the line. This is wrong on so many levels.

Simply Stated "This is a disaster waiting to happen"! How many jobs and at what cost? Recently in CA I believe a similar scenario unfolded with pollution gushing into the air and a community destroyed. THAT COULD WELL BE OUR FATE ALSO!

This will certainly be damaging to this beautiful little corner of RI! Please don't hurt the environment, there are clean, renewable and even free energy sources!!!

Please, please, please DO NOT allow Invenergy to build this proposed power plant in our town. There are plenty of brownfields in Providence they can use that are closer to natural gas pipelines and oil barges than trucking all that up here. Not to mention ruining our peaceful and beautiful neck of the woods and pristine lakes and community. We don't need the tax money that the residents really won't see anyway. And I really think we should be looking into supporting our town with RENEWABLE energy options instead of relying on fossil fuels and fracking gas. There are plenty of areas to put solar panels and wind turbines that won't create noise and air and water pollution, increase traffic to our area and potentially disastrous accidents. Keep big corporate money out of Burrillville and out of the town's pockets! Thank you!

Burrillville is a small rural community...that's why my family CHOOSE to live here....although originally from New York, Burrillville is our home and we stand strong with our community
