The entire forest behind our house is stripped bare. It looks like winter. I've never seen anything like this.

We have lost ALL of our beautiful ash trees if we don’t act now the Basswood, oak and fruit trees will be next. Then we will look just like B.C. nothing to see for countless miles but brown dead trees. Come on people let’s protect our natural beauty.

Something is definitely wrong when absolutely nothing is being done to assist Quinte West residents and others in controlling this devastating gypsy moth infestation. It is probably too late this year but we as tax payers need an Aerial spray program to be budgeted for next year! PLEASE HELP!!

Our lovely getaway property is being destroyed by these moths. Please do something our trees are dying. Last year they killed our trees and this year they will have killed more. We can't walk around or cut grass without them falling on us we can't finish our shed they have invaded every inch.

Counsel and the ministry of resources needs to be more proactive. As it is probably too late to stop them this year there needs to be funds set up to help homeowners with removal of dead trees and have a plan for next year.

This should be taken care of immediately it's not fair to the residents to be paying out of pocket the town needs to step in and provide a budget to help fix and prevent the infestation of this invasive species

Aerial spraying is taking place in other municipalities in Ontario. Please make it happen here!

The amount of taxes that are collected from these areas, there is no excuse for the lack of action on the municipalities part. They will gladly take the money from these over inflated homes and long term rentals; while our beautiful forests and farm land are destroyed.
