The River Road is used by many bicyclists and motorists and should be safe for all. It is so easy to take your eye off of the road for just a few seconds, to admire the beauty of the surroundings. Had a guardrail been present, Carols life may have been spared.

Carol was a wonderful, sweet woman and the aunt of my moms boyfriend. Though I didn't know her well, she will be missed and we cannot let something so terrible happen again

I just told my husband the other day that there should be guard rails to protect the bike riders. It is sad it takes a tragedy to get the protection we need.
