Guardrail in Memory of Carol Admire

Carol was this amazing lady. She could light up a room just by walking into it. I'm so sorry Carol had to lose her life to something preventable.

All bike lanes should be no less than 15ft from a road with guard rails to prevent anything like this happening again.

My husband and I rode on the River Road bike trail during the 1990s until we moved out of the area. Upon recently moving back, we decided that it would be too dangerous to ride there with all the distractions and cellphone use. Now we lost someone that we have known for years through her work at the Edward Jones office. in this tragic accident. We need that guardrail on the river side of the road for there is no where for the cyclist to go if a vehicle crosses the line.

Please add a guard rail. There are parts of the trail where the is very little shoulder as well!

Please add a guardrail at this location in Alton to protect future bikers from this same tragedy.

Protect our citizens by putting up the guard rail

Please add a guardrail in protect bicyclists from injured by motor vehicles. I bike that area on a regular basis and know the dangers

Let us fix this, and keep this from happening again.
