There have been problems at MCAS for at least 30 years that I can recall, yet the same faces keep popping up. When is enough enough?

Changes need to be made to benefit the Animals and Employees coming in new that want to do what is best for the Animals Love NoKill and Protect

Fire these women and Joel Richmond for allowing this on his watch, that poor dog standing knows what's going to happen, he/she watched the others get killed. Do something about this right away, stop the killing, it's just getting worse for a county that was supposed to be heading to "No Kill" since 2014, what's the problem? Get rid of these heartless people NOW!!!!!!!

officials who do no wrong don't fear questions or disclosing proof of their actions. they respond with honesty and address the publics concerns.

A animal shelter should help it animals find new homes not enjoy thier pain, torture, and kill them. If this is how we treat our helpless animal, it doesn't say much of us in this community. Someone who actually likes animals and is out to help them should be in control of animal control. It's time for change!

No animal should go through something like this. It is time our county administrators are held accountable for what is going on at our shelters. Manatee county as NEVER been a No Kill shelter as they always wanted everyone to believe, I hope that by bringing this to light changes will be put in place and individuals will face the consequences.

As a Manatee County resident, I am appalled by the arrogance of those in charge at MCAS and the lack of accountability for their actions.. The agency needs to be revamped and, since the County Commissioners apparently do not wish to clean house, they need to be replaced as well. It is an abhorrent mess and the animals are the ones suffering the consequences.
